We are a group of people who have been interested in and making fractals for a long time. We live in the UK, DK, Italy, Poland, the US, and each one of us has a large collection of fractals that we have made.
One day someone noted that we all had fractals that looked like flowers, or plants, trees, fruits and vegetables. Wouldn't it be nice, we thought, if we could put together a collection of fractals paired with pictures of the plant life they looked like. We realized, of course, that creating any kind of book was beyond our means, and decided instead to create a web site
We were going to show the fractals which mirror the real world and everything in the garden. Because everyone knows what grows there, we use true photos sometimes as a background. You can make the comparison in your mind. Our Fractal Garden is the result. The fractal generators we used were, first of all, Fractal Explorer, and also Ultra Fractal, Incendia, J-W.Fire Apophysis.
